Everquest game problemsFollow

When i start everquest, it runs the patch but when it is done a window pops up:

eqgame.exe - Unable To Locate Component

This application has failed to start because d3dx9_30.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

i unistaleed and reinstalled all EQ expansions, and fixed them all and still have the problem, please help!

EDIT: just installed the driect x updates after a friend told me to and its workin now
