FFXI DISPLAY OUT OF WHACKFollow

Okay this is really weird when i log onto pol there are letters missing or in places of others. and when i get into game i have just a scrambled screen that looks like my screen threw up pigments ive been playing for around a year and a half and its doing this now i stoped for like 3 months and when i went to log in it did this. i reinstalled it all and still does it. Im running a legal copy of windows xp home, 512mb of ram, a Geforce4 mx intergrated gpu, with the 91.31 drivers. Any ideas?
