Why is it that Moz always goes on about how I constantly seem to eat vegetables?

Actually when left alone, I'll just change my diet to be nearly completely vegan because I can't be bothered with dairy products and meat and all those silly things. Oat flakes & fruit & soy milk for breakfast, lettuce for lunch, some sort of pepper risotto or something for dinner, win.

Now the English... ugh. I cannot stand the sight of chips anymore. They make me puke in my mouth. And who ever came up with the silly idea that pizza & chips, or pie & chips, or pizza & fish & wedges, are proper meals? They aren't! Jesus.
Plus, my boyfriend says I put too much pepper in my food. Any continental person would probably say I put too little pepper in my food because my cooking is far too anglicised by now. /facepalm
YES, I totally need to get out of this country, and I'm very happy that I will get just that the day after tomorrow. Plus, being in the same place as Aethien, there will probably be some decent food. <3

There's a thread in the OOT about deep-fried bacon and in it, someone posted about deep-fried sticks of butter being pretty hot over there.

And Kali, when I say unlike Germans, I mean 'nothing like Bratwurst mit Saurkraut (oder Pommes) und gemischtes GemÃ¼se. The 'GemÃ¼se' bit is meant to be mixed vegetables, but often you get carrots, broccoli and cauliflower boiled into a sort of paste. And that's about the only fibers you're getting in that meal.

Maz, my dad's area has this specialty - it's basically a LOT of leeks cooked for 2-3 hours till it's all a greenish mashy substance, with a bit of sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, and a couple of eggs mixed straight into it to form these white threads. It's nice, but sometimes it makes you wake up at half past three the next morning and puke.

I am too lazy to cook my veg, or anything, half the time, so I eat raw veg. I like raw veg.

When I actually cook, it's the sort of thing Delinja's mum would cook. Really. He sometimes says what's for dinner and then half the time it's something I had cooked myself recently, or planned to cook. Also pirogi.

To this day when I go and visit my Oma (still a german citizen living in Portland Oregon) I always help her press homemade spatzle.

Also I cringe when people call it spat-zel.

**** drives me crazy. I had a buddy whos mom made this meal they called "Spatzel and case noodles"

Which obviously was spatzle and kase.

I'm way too neurotic for my own good.

I love GermknÃ¶dels myself. SpÃ¤tzle is awesome as well, though. Really, I just miss going to Austria on skiing trips. The food there is just made of win.

Including beverages like Jagertee after a day of skiing.

************* finally. Admin guy must be getting tired of me because he fiddled with the router and now I can play again. I've got a steady 100ms latency instead of 30ms, but I can log on! Seriously, that alone is enough. I also got an updated version of my UI, turned down the resolution a notch and saw 100+ FPS in Dalaran, lolz.

Now there's maintenance, though. Smiley: banghead

In WoW news, I don't love people sometimes. They don't read/watch the boss fights before hand, then complain that it takes too long to explain them. You don't get it both ways people... Smiley: tongue

The +10% ICC buff feels to me like the point a lot of the fight mechanics start to breakdown. I feel I've gotten sloppier, but it hasn't mattered.

Oh and I think I finally found a niche for that Rapid Rejuv glyph in my healing. I've found I love it on 10-man aura-ish fights like festergut and twins, makes my rotation nice and tight.

More bulletins as events warrant. Smiley: wink

Can you get 10 Rejuvs rolling with the glyph? And can you weave a Wild Growth into that? Really, the more I play around with Glyph of RR, it seems it's more of a tank healing glyph. That glyph plus the Nourish glyph makes for sexy single target healing.

I'm anxious to see what will happen in Cataclysm. According to the developers, DoTs will be changed to innately benefit from haste, but it will add ticks to the duration instead of lowering it. Imagine getting the full duration on Rejuv, but with additional ticks. Dear god, I'd marry it.

I'm beginning to think we'll need every point of extra healing we can get however, since Blizzard has made it abundantly clear that the whole infinite mana thing (which they didn't even make a dent in with that last attempt to fix it) will be quite definitely gone.

On the other hand, stacking haste out the wazoo might just become way too fun, watching all the little green numbers crowd up the screen and giggling like a madman.

Except a really nice madman who likes helping people...
