General
- All players will have their talent points reimbursed and will have access to
new talents throughout their trees; this includes the 41-point talents. Several
new abilities have also been added for all classes.
buggerz, just hit 39 with that little warrior of mine and was happy the way i was... looks like more TIME to figure out what to change and what to keep/reset...
also loads of other toons to go back over to reset too. oh well i guess this is the ONLY way to make major changes to the talent tress without pissing everyone off.
- Low-level spells cast by high-level players will receive smaller bonuses from
+healing and +spell damage.
- HoTs, DoTs, and channeled spells have been re-balanced to receive a more
appropriate (higher) percentage of +spell damage and +healing. [/v]
hmm now this sounds interesting and looks like a lazy mans way for blizzard to prevent spamming of rank 1 or 2 spells to keep the MT healed in a raid and forcing healers to use much higher rank spells thus creating more heal agro and mega change to dynamics in raids and instances... should prove interesting to watch the semi good healer die much more often *grins*.
maybe healers will really learn how to heal and warriors will really learn how to hold agro.
/rant loads of horrid tanks on my server and the worst part is their close friends (people they group with a lot) think they are great. that is until they see a much better tank played... /rolls eyes.
[i]- HoTs from different sources will now stack (i.e. multiple druids can cast the Rejuvenation spell on 1 target).
now this i LOVE. this is one of the best things to happen to healers and MTs... woot woot woot
- The player will gain 0.1% to their critical strike rating per weapon skill
against monsters above their level.
huh, what was it before the patch?
- When casting a buff on a low level target, the appropriate rank of the buff
will automatically be applied.
nice little stealing of a UI mod that blizzard is NOW MAKING AGAINST THE RULES OF THE GAME... im really confused. how can they say it is not allowed to have a UI mod that does this, then they do it them self? now dont get me wrong, i love this UI ability as it is such a royal PITA as a healer at 1 rank to high for the lowest level member in your group and have to keep the bloody spell book open when in an instance just to heal them.
Warriors
- Rage generation from dealing damage has been normalized.
- All Rage awards are averaged with our expected rage per swing (adjusted for
weapon speed).

oh well i guess it was about time the warriors got hit with the nerf bat.
and the WORST thing, no mention at all in the BUG fixes of the annoying combat chat window being fixed.
