Uhh on Ony attune can I get all the quests at 53 or do i have to wait? I have tons of guildies that can help me and im just wondering if i can GET all the quests at 53 or is there a lvl req? thanks =D

Im pretty sure you can start the first one at 53, yes. Though you might not be able to complete the entire line.

The drakfire amulate (sp?) only requires level 50. So theoretically, you should be able to complete it.
