hm,i never thought this would be my first post but unfortunately it is.
my problem comes up when i try to enter wow.i get to main screen and type in my password but is says that it is wrong...same massage shows up when u type in wrong password by accident...
and i know that I am typing in correct password,and no one have it other than me so it couldn't be changed...
I am not in noob in wow (have few 40+ toons and over 100 hours played),and this didn't happened to me ever be4.
i looked up on blizz forums and found few topics with same problem but with no replays ???
so plz somel help me couse i realy wona play (gona start riding with my guild in a few days) and bought my prepaid few days ago...
Also I cant log in to wow-europe.com,but i try to recover password there but i cant remember the answer on question there /cry
help plzzzzz :)

sounds like you got hacked. That or your payment method expired CC or gamecard.
if you forgot your personal question then you will need to call support (have your CD key ready).
Once you get it reset then sign in. Most likely your toons will be stripped and all your money gone. IF this is the case contact a GM right away and report your account hacked. Once that is done your accoutnb will be locked out and you will need to verify your identity by faxing a photo ID to the number they give you. Don't ***** about this step it's standard procedure just do it.
Aftetr that they will send you instructions on how to get your items recovered. Follow the instructions as best you can, the more detail you can provide the better.
Expect it to take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks. (you will be able to play the same day most likely, you just may be missing gear/money)

As the poster above me stated, that might be the case. In any case you can use the password recovery from the WoW site.
Did you check you didn't misspell your account name? Or that maybe capslock/numlock is turned on?
If your password really did seem changed, you may need to call Blizzard right away to see if they can freeze your account, after which you will probably need to format your hard drive and install a proper firewall and virusscanner.

World Of Warcraft passwords are NOT case sensitive.
Something similar happened to me. I changed my password and then forgot it, also forgot my secret question. I had to phone blizzard with my CD-Key like tse said.

and what did they told u ? i suppose that call is not free ??
Most (if not all) of their phone numbers are toll free. If you don't know your secret question, you'll need the cd key and a lot of info about your account.
