Hey, I'm level 45 now and I just got mortal strike, warrior Draenor Server. Now, I'm wondering if my "plan" will work:
Ok, so I push from level 45 straight to 51. My gear from ZF, Uldaman, and RFD will have to hold. Now at 51, I will AH imperial set gear, which are the bracers, shoulders, and belt, for about 12g total hopefully. Now, I will head to Southshore and up to the Alterac Valley BG, PvP till Alliance wins a game, and then grab the Ice Barbed Spear.
At level 52, I will equip the three pieces of valor that I have bought from the AH. After this I will continue to level up until I hit 60 or something around 58-60. Here, I'll run Stratholme or whatever to get decent gear.
Will this work? Or am I just dreaming?

Imo you care too much about gear, but then again warrior is really gear dependant class. I haven't played warrior up to that lvl yet, but iirc that gear you mention should be fine (yes there is maybe better, but not really needed if you just plan to level in it). I see really no problem in your plan.
imperial is all str and stam, making it fine for leveling, and the set bonuses rock. i escorted marshall windsor in the full imperial plate set, aegis of stormwind, and axe of rin'ji; it was pretty cool. i wore that stuff for a looong time because it just wasn't worth breaking the set bonuses.
instead of 3/3 go 4/2 either way to pick up the extra set bonus. valor will last a bit longer, of course.

While it should work, i'm a little concerned about two things...
The problems here are (in order) that the IBS is a 2handed weapon. Nothing terribly wrong with that, especially being a MS warrior. However, then we run into number two...
Strat/Scholo are 5 man instances, which means as a warrior (even MS) you're going to be tanking. Tanking with a 2handed weapon is not the best idea*, and is certainly something you shouldn't get used to if you plan on raiding at ALL.
Other then those two things, I see nothing wrong with your plan really.
*there are some casses where tanking with a 2hander is ok, but normally it involves trash mobs or something along with being decked out in mostly t2 (and most of the group also) or higher so things die too quick anyways for the extra armor and such from a shield to matter that much... however it STILL isn't the best idea (even more so vs bosses really) and even with these circumstances I DO NOT recomend this.
