why won't Blizz accept my new credit card?Follow

My bank sent me a new debit card since my old one expired, and it has the exact same card number just a different expiration date and different 3 digit number on the back. I don't understand why its not being accepted. My checking account has plenty of money in it. When I try entering it on the account management page it says something is wrong with the card number, and I am positive I am entering it correctly since I have tried it multiple times. Any help would be great.

Call (800)-59-BLIZZARD and tell them the issue you're having.

did you remember to activate the card by calling the number on the back? I forgot to do that once, so maybe that's why.

Did you double check the dates on the new card to be sure it is actually valid now? Sometimes a bank will send the new card before the old one actually expires and the dates don't overlap. It can be frustrating to update a new card with all the companies/utilities that you have set up to use your card.

Yes, I called the bank and made sure it was activated, and the old card expired November 2006 and the new one expires December 2009.

I would call (800)-59-BLIZZARD and tell them the issue I am having, but they are not there on weekends.

Go get a burger and use the card. See if it is really working before calling blizz.
