I am newbie mage here. As far I know I can use sword as a weapon. But all the hell - which mob can learn me the abiliti to "use sword" ??? Every sword is red for me, but I do not know why I could not use it :-(

I am assuming you are Alliance side so you should go to Stormwind and ask a guard for a 'weapons trainer' and he will direct you to the guy that can give you sword training.
What I want to know is who do I speak to next since my sword training is at 150/150 and I don't know if it goes up to 225 next.

Weapon skill doesn't work the same as your profession skill.
The maximum level of your weapon skill is based on your character's level, so when your level increases, your maximum skill level in all weapons (and some other class skills) increases as well. Once you learn how to use a particular weapon, you never have to visit that weapons trainer again.
