ok i new to the wow world and wanted to know how do i get team speak. do i go to the store buy a headset and get the program online?

TeamSpeak website.. I'm not sure about Allakhazam's url filter so trust in Google, just type TeamSpeak and search?
EDIT FOR PS: Mostly in raids it's only essential to hear the instructions so you don't have to buy a headset if you don't have to speak.

DL Teamspeak and go to your nearest Walmart or something and buy a $20 mic. You don't need a headset by any means unless you want one.
I have a more noob question though and it's about the Arena rewards. Will the arena rewards be useable outside of the Arena? I really would hope so. I just don't remember reading anything about it.
