What is the easiest way to get exhalted with Storm Wind? I am a little more than half way but getting super tired of turning in nothing quests for it. Is there any quests that are repeatable that will help boost it a bit quicker? And to boot, do I have to get to exhalted to get my epic mount or do i need to get through exhalted to revered to be able to get it?
Umm I think you are a little confused with rep, it goes from neutral to friendly to honored to revered to exalted.
For rep quests, there is the cloth donation repeatable. No you don't need exalted with SW for HORSE mounts if you are human just like if you are Dwarf you don't need exalted with IF for RAMS and etc. If you are trying to ride a different faction's mount that is not your native, i.e.- human trying to ride a ram, you will need exalted with the faction that will give you the mount.

I did mistype, i did mean revered to exhaulted. But I want the White Stallion epic mount for my human mage. My question is are there any good quests to get tons of points quickly? More than 50 and 25 a pop?

Since you are human you should not need exalted to get epic mount, just get to 60 and grind the cash to buy the training.
