Hi
I am wanting to jump from Final Fantasy to WOW due to the fact that my friends dont play anymore and there are only japanese players on when i play and they dont like non japanese players.
i have a friend who plays and is starting over as a horde healer(not sure of the class) i would like to duo with him and dont know what to pick but i believe a tank of somekind would be best since he says DDs are a dime a dozen on his server
could you please let me know what the best horde tanks are for duoing/partying or give me links to where i can find the info

thanks

The most common 'tanking' class is warrior and all four Horde races can be warriors. There are some racial differences but it really depends on what race you feel like looking at for 60 levels since it's hard to play a character that you don't like looking at.

I have found that just about any two classes can team up pretty effectively to handle most quests so don't feel forced into playing a warrior tank if you find it's not to your liking. Two of the three (horde-side) healing classes (Druid and Shaman) have the ability to take and do substantial damage as well so a 'tank' isn't really needed except for the instances (which are designed for 5-man groups anyways) and even a Priest can solo up to 60 without the help of other classes.

Try a few classes out and figure out what appeals to you and your friend the most and go with that.
