My cooking skill is 300. Is it possible to sell food on the AH for a nice profit?

Smoked Desert Dumplings, Grilled Squid, or Nightfin Soup all might sell well. I've never really felt the urge to buy food, seeing how easy it is to get cooking to 300 and just make it myself. No harm in trying, though, right? =)

There are many other cooking recipes which you can pick up from vendors around the world which give plus stats such us +10 stam & sprit ect...

Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops always sell very well and for a nice price. Raiders consume them by the hundred, and dont always feel like farming/cooking themselves. You can sell them for 35g for 10,(10 stack sells better then 20) which is kind of redicilious seeing the ingredients needed. All DD classes can solo those Chimearok.

Dragonbreath Chili Is one that I would expect to make a bit of money, probably something Twinks would buy, but certainyly something that could be used by non-twinks too.
They use Small flame sacs, so you could farm for them and a whelpling at the same time.

There is one dish / food that sells well. I dont remember the name but it gives the consumer a +mana regen/tick. Very helpfull if your a healer etc..
Atleast i buy them when i see them on AH.
P.S. I'm not 100% sure if it is possible to cook, or if its a drop...

Sagefish and Nightfin both do what you're saying when cooked, Ekelund.
The only two recipies I've ever made money from are Dragonbreath Chili and Savory Deviate Delight.
Recently, in addition to the Dragonbreath Chili, Smoked Desert Dumplings and Grilled Winter Squid mentioned above (I never tried selling Nightfin Soup or Sagefish), I have found that Runn Tum Tuber Surprise makes me money whenever I can put it up for auction.
