i log while I was in AV and when I log back in this is what I see anyone know whats wrong

That's interesting. Have you tried hearthing out, or click the red question mark for the GM, Stuck, Auto-Unstuck.
That exact same thing happened to my bf after logging out while in a bg and then logging back in. I can't remember how we fixed it though because whenever we tried to use hearthstone it came up with "Can't use while moving". In the end I think we got a GM to help us.
What does the Auto-unstuck do for you? I remember logging out underwater and came back under the ground and the auto-unstuck put me in Stormwind (via my hearthstone).

I am pretty sure that if you click auto-unstuck then it tries to use your hearthstone and if its still on cool-down then they call a GM for you or you get nudged out of place or something along those lines.
