What do you want added to the site?Follow

I made a browser toolbar that I think most frequent users of this site would appreciate. It allows users to access specific pages of your site directly from their browsers, it's really easy to get info fast. I posted it as a thread for users to download. People that have used it seem to like it a lot, but others are skeptical about the safety of it and don't want to install since it doesn't come directly from you guys. If you want to check it out and make sure it's safe, you can install it at http://www.bizbar.com. If you like it, let me know! I think a lot of people would make use of it. I've been using it just about every time I play.

Info on what mobs and quests give you plus or minus reputation with which factions.

How about dedicated priority servers for subscribers?

I'm not a subscriber, but that feature would draw me in.

Also, tired of seeing:

[an error occurred while processing this directive] [an error occurred while processing this directive]

...on most page loads today, and quite often on others. You can bet your life I see that damn advertisement every page load, though - error or not.

Just an idea of making a FAQ for the results of the search tool to the left. I've found myself wondering what some of the information means. Like the mob loot, std. deviation of the loot received. I know what std. deviation is, but it may be helpful for other players to know as well.

Also, some stats of what you have uploaded through WOWReader in the profiles.

Just some ideas.

And i was checking the website now. And I saw something what i really like: Guild Rosters.

But I have a problem with that :(.

I don't see my server in Guild Rosters. Anyone can add the server Xavius on Guild Roster plz...

i think it would be great on the mob info page if the map showing the location would load up before the loot tables.

if i've got a bunch of quests in an area i'm not familiar with, i like to see where all the important things are before setting out to do them. kind of annoying on a so-so connection to have to wait for all the loots to load before i can look at the map.

Blizzard has claimed that they are working on some improvements for meeting stones for pick-up groups, but who knows when or if this will ever happen. There has to be a better way to help people find groups. Perhaps you could make an "instance scheduling" section of the site to make grouping easier for casual players in smaller guilds. Users could browse upcoming groups on a page like this: http://img70.imageshack.us/img70/5530/group2xj9.png If you saw an opening for an instance you wanted to run, you could add yourself simply by clicking on it. Clicking on a another player's name could link to their profile. If there are no openings, a user could start a new group with a simple form like this: http://img180.imageshack.us/img180/1889/group1wz2.png could collect the information.

Many players can only squeeze in a few hours of WoW here and there. A simple setup like this would allow these players to schedule a group ahead of time, then jump right in and play instead of wasting an hour or more of their limited time getting a group together. It would also allow players to turn off the LFG channel and avoid all the Chk Nrrs jokes.

If you wanted to get all "web 2.0" about it, you could allow people to leave feedback on the players they've grouped with after the run (great tank, ninja'd a chest, showed up late, etc). You could even allow people to see who's grouped with who, like a PvE friendster. Personally, I have no need for extra stuff like that, but I could see it being popular.

The only tricky part is figuring out how to prevent abuse. It's possible someone could sign up for a group with someone else's character name, thereby making the other person look like a dope when they don't show up. Perhaps you could pull the character and server info out of the wowreader profile and only let people sign up as characters they've uploaded. This would mean anybody who wanted to use the system would have to be using wowreader.

In any case, the current in-game meeting stones are worthless and the LFG channel is a pain in the butt. An instance scheduling service would go a long way to improving it.

Maraudon is still listed as a zone and not an instance. Any particular reason?

a way to search for armor ad weapons by spell penetration. "Decreases the Mgical resistance of your spells targets by xx"

this one gets my vote. I'd say 90% of my mob visits are for loc.
