Freeport lvl'ingFollow

Ok, so it took me forever as the evil side to figure out what to do. Hopefully this will help someone else.

At lvl 9 (100% or more), when you're an artisan:
First of all, leave whatever wholesaler that you've joined. Go to the east freeport gate IN west freeport. You will notice that right before the gate, there is a 2 story building with doors on the right and left. Take whichever (they both go to the same place). Upstairs you will see a female named Alethea Augustine. Talk to her and pick what you want to be at the next lvl. You won't ding. You need to go back to your home town, re-enter whatever wholesaler you want, go inside, make 1 item, and you will ding 10.

At lvl 19 (100% or more), when you're whatever you picked at lvl 9:
I left my wholesaler and other, but I'm not sure you have to. Go back to East Freeport gate IN west Freeport. Go back upstairs but this time talk to a MAN - Matthias Zoe. Pick you profession. You won't ding. Go back to wholesaler / whatever, make item, ding.
