I think eq2 has improvedFollow

Hi all,

I started playing eq2 since release. I must say that other than the fact that death no longer really has any negative impact on you other than 1% exp debt and a little armor repair down the road, and that too many mobs are ^^^ which hinders people who want to solo, i really believe that this game has improved tremendously since launch. I quit playing for about 5 months or so and i am having more fun since i have been back than ever. What do you all feel about how the game has progressed since launch?

p.s. sorry for the run on sentences. I spend enough time in school (computer networking) i dont want to worry about my writing skills right now.

Yea I really think they went overboard on the ^^^ mobs. It also makes it harder to do heritage quests.

Most of the changes hve made the game more enjoyable though. I appreciate them dropping many of the annoying access quests for starters. I have also noticed Master 1 spells are more available. The first time I palyed the game I went to 50 with a conjurer and I only had 1 master spell. Now my 34 paladin has had around 5ish. They are still rare enough to be rare, but not insanely rare like they used to be.

I do still resent the attune patch they had a long time ago. Its ok on some items, but too much money is lost on rare crafted/ fabled items.

I personaly think, other then some changes (house vaults and mailboxes) that all the changes have done is make the games easier and easier. For my full arguement read this thread.
