I am from australia and i can only 2 servers were are the rest? if there are more how do i select them?

When you first start up EQ2, it will bring you to a screen with the terms of service contract. There is a drop down box on the bottom left or top right, that lists the other regional servers. Select the region you are looking for and agree. I beleive it has to double check and possibly reload your updates, but not sure since I have never played on any but the us severs.
Your last log in or default log in is set to [EU English].
This gives Splitpaw and one other server as choices.
Most people here play on the many USA servers. You can have players, up to 6 per REGION, scattered across the two regions. You don't need to reload EQ2; you just go more slowly. At one of the screens where you are supposed to click "I AGREE", theres a drop-down dialog box that lets you set the server region. Just choose [US English] instead of [EU English].
Oh, and you can certainly have 6 toons per region; I have 6 in USA and 2 in Europe.
