Is there a way to download the EQ2 uploader onto my computer and install EQ2 that way like you can do for EQ?

No you are mistaken Tut.

All you need to do is search the EQ2 forums for downloading. Most in the Tech Support forum.

What?! That can't be true! ...I blinked in disbelief. As I remembered going to the forums, and even searching the Station Store for any form of digital download option.

I just renewed my efforts to scan the forums and eventually came up with this page to download the 15MB EQ2 Installer. From there it will lead you to download everything else. Be prepared for a lengthy download, even with broadband.

Once the game is downloaded, you'll still need a Station account and game activation key (not sure how to obtain those) to play.
