Well, seems like I have been asking a lot of questions here, but here goes one more. Which crafting class makes glowing extract, sparkling extract, etc. I see a few of them on the auction house, but they seem to be relatively expensive. Also, which crafting book has these recipies. Thanks.

As Dellannah says, it's the Alchemists who make all of the Extracts. The interesting detail, though, is that Alchemists get their recipe to make the extracts on a x0 level, while the classes that use the extracts don't get the ability to use them until the x9 levels - for Tier 3, for example, the Alchemist can make the Sparkling Extract at level 20, but my Weaponsmith can't do any recipes that use the Sparkling Extract until level 29.
