I attempted to kill Scholar Al'Quylar in Antonica and I failed to do so. After 2 tries he despawned. What is his respawn time when he despawns? Is it the same when he gets killed?

What Heritage quest are you doing that requires you kill the scholar??

He is a key NPC for this quest. Killing him is the last step of the quest.

He is a solo kill so should me doable from any class. I took him with my SK and my Mystic.

As far a despawning didn't know he did, may be a bug also but them I never heard of anyone not being able to take him.
I know after you kill him its like 10 min for him to respawn I think.
