I just did my scout training pt1, then tried to level up but it said i couldnt until i did my class quests grr! Where are they at?

There should be 2 parts of training. The first part lets you see how each of the classes operates. The second part of the training is after you pick the class that you want to be, bard, predetor, or rogue. After you finish that quest, you can level up.

yea do i talk to vemerik again? or is there someone else? i dont know where to find that second part

In response to your original question, he/she has several steps to take you through. One of which is a trip deep into Antonica, (which can be downright frightening at lvl 9). But don't worry... just use your sneak skill and you can get to your destination without being torn asunder by the numerous bears, wolves and gnolls, all of whom will con red to you!
