I have a mid-high level brigand and was hoping for some tips from some pvp veterans...
First to cast a stun will get a leg up.
Stifle
Root
Nuke/Ranged attack
...repeat
If you are fighting another Scout, make sure you have a totem that grants See Inivisibilty.
