I have a level 16 cleric and I have the spell to conjur food/drink. However, the drink only heals an additional 3.0 per tick, (I'm level 16) is there a way to increase how much it regeerates or is that about the best it gets?

Casters should NEVER adventure on summoned drinks ! In fact, no one should !

I suggest you save some extra coin to buy some good drinks on the broker, or work your way up in tradeskilling in the way to provisioner to make your own !

To answer your question, no. You cannot increase your own summoned food quality, that's the best it gets. But when you are deep within a zone and don't want to go back to restock, it's better than nothing.

Stop by the Outfitters Cabin in central Antonica. Upstairs you'll find a pleasant lady named Matsy Rollingpin, she'll give you some simple quests and hand you some good chow upon completion.

You can also zone in to the various piers and get better food/drink from the merchants. The piers at Thundering Steppes, Nektulos Forest, and Zek have merchants that sell higher level food. In fact, I exclusively used food from the Zek merchant for levels 38-50, and it served me fine.

Summoned food is kind of a joke, it is the worst you can use. I would just do the dwarf quest in the outfitters cabin for some drinks, you dont really need food as a cleric, but doing matsies quests wont hurt.

But even merchant bought food would be better to use, they are available in every zone. You could buy drinks off of auction, they tend to recover more, and last longer.
