Hey all,
I've been wondering. I wanted to come back to the game, but I was wondering, can I use the same install DVD I had before to register a new account, or do I need to buy a new copy of the game, a la FFXI?
As an added bonus: do you think the content added in the expansion packs, and the content added since the beginning have made the game more enjoyable?

If you registered your original account and have not cancelled it, you should still be able to play. Re-installing won't cause you to loose your account.
There has been a ton of new content added, along with some significant changes - specifically the combat revamp.
Expansion (Desert of Flames) and adventure (Splitpaw Saga) packs are definately worth it. You will find new challenges, quests, loot, and glory. :)

Im pretty sure you can reactivate a cancelled acount too. At least you can in most games I have played. I wouldnt buy a new game until you go and check if you can do that.

They redid how combat worked? Thank God. I hated the way combat worked when I played it.
