Does anyone know where this place is in Freeport? I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find it. Is there anywhere where they list where all of the factions are?
Can't help you with Freeport since I am a "good guy" but you can now check all of the faction your character has on the faction tab in your persona screen, (P key).
