I can not find the quest in the Alla database for this, can someone point me in the right direction?

Shaman Quest for FreeportFollow
Talk to Priest Kelian in North Freeport (-78, -9, -142). He will tell you the next step of the quest, something to do with cats.

Head to East Freeport. Near the gate at the docks, speak to one of the guards and ask him to point out the curious cats. He provides a way point. Follow, and you will come to a building with a "glowy" door and several curious cats outside.
Prepare yourself, then zone in. You will need to kill the spirits on all floors. Make use of your Heroic Opportunities and warded or no, they will be easily taken out by a level 9 shaman.
Return to Kelian and you will be rewarded further and given the next step in your progression.
