Man, level 30 and 31 & 33 are HELL levels for provisoner.. Refines give like .25 - .5% percent, so either your gonna be gathering a million shrubs, or creating level 28/29 stuff (i decided to do a bunch of level 28 coffees for level 30, and a bunch of refines for 31.
Level 32 ant all that bad, get to make some meats, which give ok exp.
33 is kinda brutal, because one of the combines you need to make require you to be level 34!... doesnt make sense... So basically, only get like 2 new recipies...

Yep you just have to harvest like mad and keep making those subcombines until your bank and bags are full of them. As you get higher up, you get the more complex recipes which use up all your subs.
Same thing happens in Tier 5.

Im not sure what you are saying about one of the recipes requireing you to be lvl 34 in your 33 book but if what I think it is, is true then that happens to everyone. In alot of books I get recipes that are a higher level then me. It is just harder to suceed on them but you can still make them. That is just the level they are for con purposes.
No he means he can't make a recipe yet because one of the required combines is in a higher level recipe book
