EQ 2Follow

I am an old fan of EQ1 and currently play WoW. I missed the raiding in eq1 and how stuff wasnt a cake walk.

Is there any high end raid bosses and such in eq like there was in eq1, similar to planes and everything else that they have added now?

And also, are there any notable guilds on certain servers that are seen as the "elite" guild that raid the toughest or are raiding the toughest possible? If so who?

P.S. wow are 40 man raids, how big is a eq2 raid?
