The entrance is in the Southern end of the zone. Just follow the beach from the dock, up around past "Fae Isle" until you see a rickety old suspension bridge that crosses the river.
Cross the bridge and go through the tunnel and you're there. Careful now, it's a lvl 35+ area. I poked my head in there at around lvl 31 and everything was red to me. Plenty of aggro too!

That must be a different rivervale then I am at. I just run north up the path from the dock, and at the deputy at the post I take the right fork, and that curves right to the bridge.

We're talking about the same place... I just found it via a different route. Anyway, I grabbed the loc of the bridge at the entrance to Rivervale while I was in EL last night.
