Simple question, What is the re-cast timer on this? I have heard so far that the casting time is 6 seconds but can't find out what, if any, re-cast timer there is. I would like to know before I spend 20 hard earned gold on this just to find out it has like a 15-30 minute re-cast timer. Thanks
I have a maple wand. Though I don't know the exact recast timer, I know it's not something ridiculous like 30 minutes...probably just a few seconds. I've heard people use wands to kite, so it can't be that bad.

I have a wand that has a 8-second cast.
As soon as I cast, it's ready to cast again, so the recast time is less than 1 second. As with clickable items, you can move while you "use" it, so no interuptions (something I always see). I use it to chain-cast.
It's a great way to kite a mob waiting for my pet to pick up agro.
As with other spells, you can't click the wand then cast another spell. You have to wait until the wand fires, then cast something else.

Same deal with dolls. They are always ready to go right away but casting them hogs the casting timer for a full 8 seconds stopping you from casting anything else in the trough.
