reverse writsFollow

i was wondering if anyone has any specific information on reverse writs (the items you hand into writ givers for guild experiance) for the most part id like to know which writ givers take which items and how you go about giving them.

i have quite a few of these piling up in my back packs from various level mobs and i cant seem to find any NPC's who'll take em even tho ive had a look at most of the writ giving NPC's

if anyone could provide some info or a link to such info it would be much appreciated.
