are there any level 50 provisioner recipes, or maybe quests the give recipes as rewards. I cannot find any recipes for level 50 anywhere, it seems as if SOE forgot to include them. Mayhaps they could correct this oversite?

It's not an oversight, it's because the new Tier recipes start at 10, 20, 30, 40. Tier 6 recipes will start at level 50, and I'm assuming will be put into the game when DoF launches and we can move to level 60
