Desert of Flames help..Follow

I know there are more than a few pre-order items with Desert of Flames:

-Pet Monkey

-Genie Bottle

-Gazing Orb

-Painting

Now my dilemma is I don't know what item comes with which form of purchase. It says here that if you order digitally from UbiSoft you will get the orb and genie bottle:

Personally, I was hoping for the monkkey, the orb, and the genie bottle. And from what i've gathered it seems that one would get this:

Digitally from UbiSoft: Painting and Genie Bottle

Retailer: Genie Bottle and Gazing Orb

Pre-Order from retailer: Pet Monkey

So my final question is, since the monkey, orb, and genie all come form ebgames in one way or another, is there any way to get all 3?

I hope so..anyone hear otherwise?
