i got a recipe for golden acorns, but have no clue where to find acorns. anybody familiar with this recipe post it.

As far as I know, no one in the game has found the Acorn yet.

I have the recipe for the fun of it at the time since there arent any acorns...and if there is, it's a rare that I've havent seen or heard talked of. But when there comes an acorn in the mists...i will be making golden ones...lol

I've been playing 3 days I found an acorn yesterday. Sold it to the vendor needed room. No idea where I got it somewhere around freeport in newbee lands.

I had a bunch of them, I think I got them off tier 3 shrubs. I was never able to find a use for them though.

This thread was necro-bumped from back in March of 2005...

I believe that at that time, acorns were a rare harvest, gathered from shrubs in T3 zones. At some point in the late Spring or early Summer, they upped the ratio to bring the item into line with the other items. They should now be easy to find in TS or Nek Forest. (I have stacks of them!)

As far as the recipe to make golden acorns, visit one of the ladies standing just inside the Oricle Tower on the hill near the Oricle griff tower in Antonica. She will send you in search of a location seen in her "vision". Reward is tha recipe for Golden Acorns, (recipe is level 10 and so can be made by anyone).

Hope this clears things up a bit.
