Templar Stun SpellFollow

Anyone else have a big issue with this stun spell we get at like the upper 30's or sumthing like that. I mean its a stun spell that take 350 power!! WTH is that crap. And I have never once gotten it to landed. Also it doesnt work on any tier 3 mobs or anything like that. I mean come on what good is a stun spell if it never lands and you cant even use it on the mobs that count. Anyone else have trouble with this spell?

That's a bummer. I played a rogue to lvl 14 and got bored w/ him. His stun - never seemed to work well. It was rare that I actually got it off and got melee off and got to the side to do that extra flank attack w/out mob turnin... others claim to have better success. W/ yours... man, sounds bad.
