Qeynos Citizenship quest about judging the traitors

I just got this quest from Marchal Glorfel that I have to judge the traitors, but the quest does not point me to anywhere to find the traitors. Are theyin town or outside of town??

They're in the same building as the guy that gives the quest.

Yeah, I walked outside too before realizing they were in the same space. Just go back to him and make your way around the corner. You'll find the people there.
