Fighter's quest at 9Follow

Hey everyone.

Was hoping that someone could give me some information on where to find the gutterspine(sp?) crooks for the level 9 fighters quest. I've searches all over north freeport, longshadow alley, and east freeport. I have no idea where to find these guys. Their probably pretty obvious but i can't find em.

Anyone know?

My guess would be in either Thieves' Way or in The Ruins. Thieves' Way is accessible from the little portholes all over (Hit Alt-W to bring up waypoint system, from there hit the Thieves' Way name, should give you a glowy path to follow). Ruins are accessed from the Mariner's Bell.
