Who do you talk to in Qeynos about this quest?
Need to talk to the steward that is by the mariner bell where you zoned into when you left newbie island and follow the quest she sends you on. Eventually you will trigger the citizenship quest.

Yes first you talk to the person on the dock. Then you get sent to your room. You talk to a person in there and place a table in your room or something like that. Then you go to the bank and open an account. Then you go back to your house and I think you get sent on a tour of the zone or something. Then you go back to your room and then get sent to the city gate. There is a sign at the gate. You click on that to take an application. This paper goes into your inventory. You then examine it and get your citizenship quest. I think you get sent to collect coins or something. The coins drop off every thing in the given zone so just kill easy stuff.

Yes the Citizenship quest is to collect tokens that drop from creatures you kill.

i have finished the tokens and such but where r the traitors i need to talk to? can anyone answer this? thanx

I had the same problem, Genegok.
After you collect the tokens (or whatever they may be), go back to the sign that you examined to apply for citizenship. Re-examine it. This will bring you to a new zone with Marshal Glorfel (for Qeynos residents). The traitors are located in that zone with him (just walk around the room till you see a doorway, they are through there).

Well here is my problem.. You got those coins.. How! Because I have been hacking away on creatures underneath the Bubbleshire town.. And as many I have killed NO coins.. I would have lvl twice in the tunnels..
SO what am I doing wrong!!!!!

I was doing the same thing. Make sure you start the quest in your inventory then kill spiderlings or something down there Watch out for that big white thing, someone trained it to the bell and wiped me out in 1 whack

it is not under the town. go to the docks and click on the bell "travel OUTSIDE qeynos" and click on caves. that is where you have to fight Kill the lil spiders
