How to guilds

I was going out today to buy EQ2 since it isnt suppose to be out till today in my area, and Ive been reading on forums all over for information on the game. One thing I noticed that seemed to be at lack was the information on how to start a guild. Is that something that you learn about after you start playing, like a quest or something, or am I just not looking in the right places. Was hoping to get my current eq guild started going in EQ2. Thanks for any help.

Guilds are created by completing a quest, basically you have to leave newbie island and get your city citizenship done first so that you can get a full group (6 people total) into Qeynos Harbor for good races (Don't know about the evil side). All members of the group have to be unguilded. Talk to the registar which should be in the first building after leaving South Qeynos. He will give you the quest on creating the guild. Also at end of Beta you were required to have 60 silver pieces to create the guild, don't know if this part is still the same or not.
