Gnome's parts? [quest spoiler]

Okay. I found the type 7 part above the waterfall. I can't seem to find the other 2 parts. I swam around in the bay for a while, but only ran into a yellow con shark. Does anyone know where these parts are?

The shark was named, btw. He swims below the ruins in the center of the bay on newbie island.

I did this quest awhile ago, but I believe one is at the base of the Chieftan's Tree, another is underwater near the gnome, and you found the one above the waterfall.

When facing the water looking at the gnome, swim straight and to the right underwater. The one part will be on the ground.

And also the chieftan's treehouse has a part behind it (against the treehouse)
