Where do you all go to level? Any suggestions on quests that give some decent items/exp??

At your level, Antonica is a good place to be. The zone is more stable now due to instances and you should be able to solo yellow and an occasional orange. Also the zone regularly has over 150 concurrent players so getting in a group should be no problem
