Questions about gear set bonuses Follow

The grand company gear has bonuses like:

Set Bonus: Maelstrom Uniform
2 Equipped: Accuracy +11

Does the "2 Equipped" mean you only need 2 of that certain set to get the bonuses?

Right now I have the axe and body from the Storm Private, and the Pants and Belt from the Sergeants set. I haven't had a chance to log in to try to see if the attributes had been added in, but I was wondering if anyone knew if you only needed 2 from a certain set to get the bonuses.
