Did they shut off the weather affects? I have not been able to be on much but I haven't seen any in a while... The lighting affect were awsum,

I was in last night and was in rain and fog, so as far as I know, they haven't disabled them. Check your graphic settings possibly?

This sounds like a client setting, not something that would be at all intensive on the server side.

Did they shut off the weather affects?Follow
