Luck with customer service?Follow

Has anyone had any success with customer service? I filed a ticket related to a payment issue that I need resolved and it's now been 7 days with no word back from SE. I have my ticket number still, so is it possible to try to reach them via phone to get these resolved even though they haven't responded to my inquiry via e-mail yet? Any success story would be appreciated. I want this payment issue out of the way so I can concentrate on just enjoying the game.

I did not. 3 tickets in as many weeks about their refusal to accept my cr card, just got form letter replies. The one that wasn't told me I needed to call SE support. Most people talk about spending 1-2 hours waiting on the phone. I ended up just buying Crysta(Krysta?Chrysta?that stuff) for my acct. I still can't access my 1.0 character, but it's not a big deal, I made another character on a different server and he's further along than my 1.0 ever got. Having the tattoo would be cool tho.
Now having said all that, which didn't help you much, all I can recommend is stay patient. SE is being totally slammed in every direction by the immense overwhelming response worldwide by players, which they admit they were totally not prepared for. New and more servers coming, fixes and a big maintenance on Wednesday will help... we hope.

I am in kind of the same boat. My credit card was not accepted and my attempt to purchase Crysta was odd. It said something along the lines of “your Crysta purchase has been requested“....what that means I have no idea. I never did get my Crysta, no idea if my CC was charged at not. If SE would kindly just get back to me and allow me to give them my money, then that would be wonderful. Hate having unresolved issues hanging over my head.

The only luck you can have with SE customer service, is to never have to deal with them.

That would indeed be incredibly lucky. I hope that after my current issue is resolved that I can achieve that type of luck.

Well that wasn't very nice, was it? I may not have majored in customer service, but this does not seem like a winning strategy to me. Thank you for the info. So I assume my next course of action is to file another ticket, which will be again deleted after 48 hours? Interesting
