1.0 CE not showing on MogstationFollow

My wife was(is) a 1.0 CE non legacy player and today when I went to update her account info, payment method, and all that stuff on the mogstation I took a quick look at her bonus items to see what was going on with her CE rewards as she has not received them yet. It shows that she has received her onion helm which was the 1.0 CE bonus item but it does not show the helm of light, baby behemoth, behemoth barding, and coeurl mount. There is an option for her to upgrade to the digital collectors edition for 20 bux. It seems obvious to me at least that she is definitely a CE owner since she has the onion helm but she hasn't received the additional items and they want her to upgrade... Any suggestions? I would love to find a fix for this rather than go through submitting a ticket or trying to chat with a service rep since judging by other posts that seems to be a nightmare right now.

I was in a similar boat. After many attempts to get this fixed with SE I was told the Onion Helm while a CE item was it's own code and not the same as the CE game code. Because of this I ended up with a service account with the Onion Helm and a service account with my other CE items. You might be seeing something similar. Maybe she had a regular account with just the Onion Helm code added to it and not a full CE game code.

Agh. That might be my problem too then. I don't remember if I used one of the buddy pass or the actual reg code. But I do have an onion helm on my account. It really doesn't make sense why they did it that way then, it not like the CE of 1.0 received anything bonus in-game besides the Onion Helm, everything else was a physical item. Now I'm kind of annoyed.
