Changing specs as you levelFollow

As a level 33 therguist who has poured everything into earth does anyone have opinions on the following....
Stick with the earth specs all the way to 50 or because now I have some pretty potent stuff in earth, switch my specs for the remaining 17 levels to Ice or Air?

Opinions all?

I would stick with earth all the way to your highest earth pet then pour points into one of your other pets on mini dings and any extra levels if highest earth pet is less than 50.
