New ( not the food ) NPC quest- PromyvionFollow

I talked to my NOC 2 trips after the one where we needed to get food for the taru. No levelup. so i was thinking maybe we need another quest, so i talk to my npc ( under quests in the rendevous point) and he says he was assigned to investigate the emptyness and would like me to come. So i poke my head into promy mea, and there is a rendevous point, and the only thing i am told is i have 45 minutes to get this done.

get what done? and will i need a party? i was naked so i had no choice but to dismiss him.
