There's 3 other quests. They are named:
Blighted Gloom
Chameleon Capers
Regaining Trust

I searched googled for blighted gloom and found this on the JP fansite, eLeMeN:

Luto tells you to go to windy. Talk to a taru in the library (i think its called the onistery) and he tells u he wants some food. I bought it all at the windy AH for 60k. trade it to the little taru, get a book and bring it to luto. took 20 min ^^

I don't want to spoil too much for you, but it leads you farther into the Dark Divinity storyline. I recommend you start levelling your NPC's in preparation for Treasures of Aht Urghan

Oh, and you get to fight an NM slime!

I've done the first quest already.. I just want to know how to trigger the 2nd NPC quest.

My NPC is level 38 now btw.
