I dont really like the ingame music lol...i dont know why some people buy the soundtrack.. all they have to do is record it from places.... only music i like comes from sanc. of Zi'tah...anyway its nice to know theres something to do thanx =)

Well, I won my copy after completing the Tarutaru Race contest at an official FFXI iGames event. It's no loss to me. :)
Well, there is at least one FFXI soundtrack that has music that you can't listen to anywhere in the game...

Yes, I highly recommend the Star Onions album that was released recently. Interesting renditions of FFXI tunes. I wish they included more versions of the game's music, but at a price of $10 it's pretty cheap.
$10? Did you pick up the Hong Kong/Taiwanese version? Because it retails in Japan for about 2500 yen (about US$22)... > >

We'll be playing the FFXI music for a few more hours, then we'll switch to our normal rotation of 65 game OSTs.
